When you purchase the No-Meltdown Screen Exit Kit or contact us, we may collect: name, email address, billing address, country, and payment metadata. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Shopify / Shop Pay / Stripe / PayPal, as applicable) — we do not store your full card details on our servers.

3. How we use your data

To deliver the digital product you purchased.
To provide customer support and process refunds.
To send transactional emails (order confirmation, download link, receipt).
To comply with legal and tax obligations.
With your explicit consent, to send occasional updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data under the following bases: performance of a contract (order fulfilment), legal obligation (invoicing and tax), legitimate interest (fraud prevention, service improvement) and consent (marketing communications).
